30 Day Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If you are not happy with your UHOMECHIC purchase, not a problem! We can accept a return of the unused product that’s in the original packaging within 30 days. Please email us at [email protected] and enter “Return Request” in the subject line with the below information.

Who Bear Return & Exchange Shipping Fees?
A.Personal Reason: Dislike/Unsuitable for Return
UHOMECHIC does not cover return shipping costs or customs fees. Should you prefer to return the case, we recommend that you ship the products via a trackable shipment method. A refund will then be processed once tracking indicates the item has been received.
B.Quality Problem: Wrong/Damaged Products for Return
Buyers don't need to bear the return shipping costs. Please send us an email with your order number details, also the problem pictures. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions. Our email address is [email protected]uhomechic.com.
Return Item Condition
When you request a return, the amount you’re refunded differs based on the item you bought and the condition of the returned item.
When the package with your return arrives at our return center, it may take up to 3 additional business days to process. You can email us at [email protected]uhomechic.com to check the status of your refund.
Keep in mind the following when you request a return:
1. Items must be returned within the return period (within 30 days of delivery).
2. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, return the products in the exact condition they were received.
Important: If your item isn't returned in the exact condition it was received, you may receive a partial refund. This includes items missing nonessential parts or tags, or other signs of use.
A. Items should be unused, unaltered, with no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received.
B. Return all original product packaging, including boxes, UPCs, bags, or any items used to wrap and protect the item.
C. Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials in the state that they were originally included.
1. Refunds will be processed within 2 to 7 business days from receiving your return.
2. Once your refund is approved, your PayPal account or credit card will receive a refund from us (Within 7 Working days).
3. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your PayPal or bank. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account.
